The tea is brewed in the restaurant every day and poured two ways: sweet, the way most of the South takes it, and unsweet, made the same way without the sugar. Cups come in 24 and 32 oz. When the order is for a group, both teas are sold by the gallon on the catering menu.

Sizes, gallons and refills
Tea and fountain drinks come in 24 oz and 32 oz cups. The gallon jugs of sweet and unsweet tea sit on the catering menu because they are bought for tables, not for one tray: a gallon pours roughly ten to twelve cups, which is why it shows up next to the platters. Bottled water skips the sizing question entirely, one sealed bottle, no ice, no lid, no spill in the car.
